手柄蝶阀

      手柄蝶阀采用全封闭整体式伐座，包村阀门内腔，不易集渣，并耐腐冲蚀；中心对称抗流阻流线型阀板，具有良好的流体特性，调节性能好；高弹性、高强度密封材料，使用寿命高而无泄露；高强度无销连接，自动浮动调整密封，适用寿命更长。手柄蝶阀加工采用球形加工方法，蝶板形位误差很小，阀门的启闭扭矩低，扭矩值一致性好，可控制在标准扭矩值±5范围内，非常适合大批量组装电气动装置。

Handle butterfly valve

Butterfly valves are quarter turn valves with equal percentage type flow characteristics. They provide moderate flow control and therefore can be used for both on/off and modulating service. Good tolerance to suspended solids but not recommended for use with slurries or debris. The butterfly valve is well suited for a wide variety of fluid flow applications.

The handle butterfly valve adopts the whole closed integral block, the inner cavity of the village valve is not easy to collect slag, and it can resist corrosion and erosion. The center symmetric anti-flow resistance streamline valve plate has good fluid characteristics and good regulation performance. High elastic and high-strength sealing material with high life and no leakage; High strength and no pin connection, automatic floating adjusting seal, long life. Handle butterfly valve adopts spherical machining method, the butterfly plate shape error is very small, the valve opening and closing low torque, torque value consistency is good, can be controlled within the scope of the standard torque value plus or minus 5, very suitable for mass assembly electric pneumatic device.
