In chemical processing, water treatment, semiconductor and industrial fluid systems, metal ball valves often suffer from corrosion, leakage and frequent maintenance when handling acids, alkalis and aggressive chemicals. XITA plastic ball valves are engineered to solve these problems: manufactured from PVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF with true union design, they deliver reliable on/off flow control with excellent corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and lower lifecycle costs compared to metal alternatives.

As an experienced plastic ball valve manufacturer, we offer a complete range including true union ball valves, compact ball valves and 3-way ball valves in sizes from 1/2″ to 4″ (and up to 12″ for selected types). Available with socket, threaded and flange connections, EPDM or VITON seals, and manual, pneumatic or electric actuation. All products conform to ANSI, DIN, JIS and CNS standards with a working pressure of 150 PSI.

True Union Design, Easy Maintenance

The double-union design allows the valve body to be removed from the pipeline without dismantling adjacent pipes, making inspection, cleaning and seal replacement fast and simple. This significantly reduces system downtime and maintenance labor costs compared to glued-in one-piece ball valves.

Full Bore, Low Flow Resistance

Our ball valves feature full-port (full bore) design with an unobstructed flow path equal to the pipe diameter, minimizing pressure drop and energy consumption. This ensures efficient fluid transfer even with viscous or particle-laden media, reducing pumping costs over the system's lifetime.

Corrosion Resistance Across pH 1–14

Available in PVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF materials, our plastic ball valves withstand a broad range of acids, alkalis, salts and chemical solutions that rapidly corrode steel and iron valves. PVDF models are FDA-compliant and suitable for semiconductor, pharmaceutical and food-grade applications requiring ultra-high purity.

Virgin Resin & Bubble-Tight Sealing

We use only virgin resin with PTFE valve seats and EPDM/VITON O-rings, ensuring consistent material properties and reliable, bubble-tight shutoff across every batch. Precision-machined sealing surfaces under ISO9001 control eliminate leakage risks, prevent costly media loss and protect workers from hazardous fluid exposure.
