In water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC and industrial fluid systems, metal butterfly valves often suffer from corrosion, high flow resistance, heavy weight and costly installation — especially in large-diameter pipelines where weight and maintenance become critical. XITA plastic butterfly valves are engineered to solve these problems: manufactured from PVC, CPVC, PPH and PVDF with wafer-type design, they deliver reliable flow regulation and shutoff with excellent corrosion resistance, 30% lower flow resistance, and significantly lower total engineering cost compared to cast iron or steel alternatives.

As an experienced plastic butterfly valve manufacturer, we offer a complete range including manual lever operated and gear operated butterfly valves in sizes from DN25 to DN700 (1″ to 28″). Available with flange/wafer and welding connections, EPDM, VITON or FPM seals, and pressure ratings from PN10 to 6.4 MPa. All products conform to DIN, ASTM, JIS, BS EN ISO1452 and ISO4422 standards, with SGS and CE certification.

Precision-machined sealing surfaces with EPDM, VITON or FPM rubber seats ensure bubble-tight shutoff and zero leakage under rated pressure. Manual lever operation provides quick 90° on/off control, while gear-operated models offer precise flow modulation and easier torque handling for larger sizes — both requiring no external power source.
