XITA's CPVC Pipe has following advantages:
.Higher Heat Resistance: The long-term service temperature of XITA's cpvc pipe for hot and cold water can reach 93°C, with short-term tolerance for even higher temperatures (e.g., 110°C), significantly exceeding UPVC's limit of 60°C.
.Enhanced Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Building upon PVC, the chlorination process further improves its tolerance to acids, alkalis, salts, oxidizing agents, and numerous organic solvents. This makes it more suitable and reliable for transporting chemicals at higher concentrations or temperatures compared to UPVC.
.Excellent Mechanical Properties: It maintains good strength and stiffness at high temperatures, featuring a high heat distortion temperature and strong creep resistance. This results in better dimensional stability and a longer service life under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
.Superior Flame Retardancy: Like PVC, it is self-extinguishing upon removal from flame, with a high limiting oxygen index and non-combustion-supporting properties.
