2.Excellent Heat & Pressure Resistance: Long-term operational temperature can reach 70°C, with short-term tolerance up to 95°C. Under conditions of 70°C and 1MPa pressure, the designed service life can exceed 50 years.
3.Leak-Proof Heat Fusion Joints: Utilizing socket heat fusion welding, the pipe and fittings fuse at a molecular level into a monolithic unit. The joint strength often exceeds that of the pipe itself, completely eliminating the risk of leaks at connection points.
4.Energy-Efficient and Excellent Hydraulic Performance: With a thermal conductivity of only 1/200 that of metal pipes, PPR pipe for hot and cold water provides exceptional insulation, minimizing heat loss during hot water transportation. The smooth inner walls reduce water flow resistance significantly.
